From January to March we serve freshly poached "skrei" or winter cod, in the classic and traditional way with liver, roe and butter coated carrots.
In summer we offer a wide selection of shellfish. We particularly recommend our "Porte Plateau" seafood platter. Sheer luxury served with tzatsiki, aïoli and vinaigrette. If the weather gods are on our side, the summer season lasts until October.
For true connoisseurs , the lutefisk season starts on the first Monday in October. In November and December there is so much demand that, to ensure everyone is able to visit us, we have two sittings. The first sitting starts at 17.00 and continues until 20.30 and the second starts again at 21.00.
